Loud Shirt Day 2024

On Thursday, 17th October, Club Robina was awash with vibrant colours and good vibes as we proudly hosted our annual Loud Shirt Day. The day was filled with fun, laughter, and, most importantly, a shared purpose – raising funds for a great cause.

Loud Shirt Day, a nationwide event, is all about sporting your brightest and boldest shirts in support of children who need early intervention programs to connect and communicate.  With the help of donations, these children are given the chance to reach their full potential, and we at Club Robina, alongside Club Helensvale, are honoured to be part of this fantastic initiative.

We were fortunate to receive this initiative and the support from Quota Gold Coast, whose contributions helped make the day even more impactful. Their partnership, combined with the energy of our club members, ensured that we made a meaningful difference.

Our members fully embraced the spirit of the day, showing off their wildest and most colourful shirts while enjoying a laid-back day at the club. Alongside bowls, food, and drinks, and raffles everyone came together to raise awareness and contribute to this important cause. Including our sponsors: Karyn O’Dea Ray White and Robina Village Chempro Chemist, who provided raffle prizes for the event.

From the rainbow shirts to the lively atmosphere, it was a day to remember – full of fun and community spirit. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this Loud Shirt Day one to remember!

How Much We Raised

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members we raised over $2,200 for Quota Gold Coast who do a wonderful job supporting the Hear and Say Foundation. Every dollar will go towards helping children with hearing loss obtain the support they need.
